How long does the battery last?

Up to 8 hours of continuous playback on a full charge. Charges via USB-C in about 2 hours.

What if I want more than 9 songs?

Each disc comes pre-loaded with one classic Christmas song — all 9 are included. Additional disc sets are available for even more holiday classics.

Does SantaSpin work on Mac and Windows?

Both. Plug the player into your laptop via USB-C and it appears as an external drive with 9 folders. No drivers or software install needed.

How do the NFC discs work?

Each disc has a small NFC chip embedded inside. Placing a disc on the center of the player triggers that song instantly. Lift the disc off and playback stops.

Which audio formats are supported?

MP3 only. The songs come pre-loaded on your discs, so there's nothing to configure — just place and play.

How do I change a song on a disc later?

Plug the player into your laptop via USB-C, open the folder matching the disc number, delete the old MP3, and drag in a new one. Takes about 30 seconds.

Do I need Spotify or any streaming subscription?

No. SantaSpin runs entirely offline. Your songs are stored directly on the player — no internet, no app, no subscription. The music is yours.

Will it stick to my fridge?

Yes, on any standard magnetic fridge door. For stainless-steel doors that don't hold magnets, the player also sits flat on a counter or shelf.
